My name is Brandy Shaver and this is Benjamin Pang. We have been building businesses online for a little over eight years. Both of us have figured out how to generate hundreds of thousands of leads per year. We teach hundreds of thousands of people at this point how to do the same thing. We ran into a huge problem in managing our social media.

I am going to tell you this story because you are going to laugh. Ben and I have a meeting every week. I was complaining to Ben about all these things that I was lost in. Messenger has buried 2,000 people, and all these things were going on. We tried different tools. I had all these things going on like Trello, other extensions, and other things I paid for. With all these little things that I was trying to manage all these leads that I had coming to me, none of them was doing what I needed them to do.

Not only that, but I was also confused about which one to use for what, and what one does what. I would forget this, that, and the other. Being the freaking genius that he is, Ben was like, "How about we just build you what you need?" That is the reason we do LeadMagicX. It is a tool to organize and build relationships and convert thousands of social media prospects into customers and team members. A lot of it is automated, which is what Ben and I love. We love automation. Ben, is there anything you want to add to that?

This tool is created for you at the beginning, but then we realized that there are so many people that will benefit from this tool because people are prospecting and building relationships on social media. When they use Messenger to talk to people, they have only so many hours in a day, so they cannot talk to a lot of people and build many relationships and turn them into customers or teammates. You have all these leads coming to you now. You might have figured out a way that you have more people coming to you and then you are like, “I am dropping the ball.” The money is not made until they either become a customer or they become a team member. There are a lot of steps in between. That was the problem. That is where all of this was developed. Can we jump right into how we go about it, Ben?

The first thing we invented or created is that when you are in Messenger, it is hard to organize people when they are a lead or they are customers. Sometimes you forget because you talk to so many people every single day.

Especially if you are using voice messages. You are like, “Now I got to go back and listen to all these voice messages to find out what I said to that person or where they are at in the process or what question they asked last or whatever.” It is a lot.

Let me show you what LeadMagicX is capable of. After you install LeadMagicX, first of all, it is a Chrome extension. It is very easy. You install it just like any other Chrome extension you have in your browser. Once that is installed, then you will see our icon next to every single contact in Messenger. That allows you to click on that and add that person or even a chat group into a funnel. Let’s say, you are prospecting. You can add them to your prospecting funnel. Once they join your team, you can move them to another team funnel. You can create any funnel that you want, but these three are something that we came up with that people use very often.

If it is prospecting, you can put them into different stages. Let’s say they are still a lead. They do not know about what you are doing. If you are still building that relationship, then you can put them into the lead stage. After you put them into a funnel and stage, then you can go into LeadMagicX and look at all the funnels that you have created. Within a funnel, you can see everybody within that funnel and on different stages. Let's say I want to look at everybody that is a lead. You can filter them out. It is plain and simple. You can see, "These people are the leads that I can talk to personally.” You can click this link and it will bring up Messenger and you can talk to them.

This way, it is more organized. You can talk to all the leads first and after you are finished with it, you can either move them to a different stage. Let’s say they become a prospect now or they have been exposed to what you are doing, you can move people along the funnel. That is what the funnel is for with stages. You can know where people are in that funnel. If they turn into a customer, then you can keep following up and use different funnels and stages to manage that.

The best part about this is that you can get right in. This is the part that I love about it because I use it every day. When you get in there, you can go straight to your leads. One of the things that I do for my daily mode of operation is I have certain people that I am building relationships with. Those people would be leads. You would go right into LeadMagicX. You would pull up your prospecting funnel with your leads, and you can go right in and just message those people. All the other noise that is happening on social media and inside of Messenger can still happen and do its thing, but you are focused on what you are doing and moving those people down the line.

Let's be honest, you do not make money in business until somebody buys a product or joins your team if you are in network marketing. If you are in coaching or real estate, it is the same thing. You do not make money until the money exchanges hands with a customer or somebody that’s buying a house or whatever. You have got to have a way inside of Messenger and it was making me crazy. Being able to get right in there, get your work done, and get on with it. Who has hours to spend in front of the computer? Not very many of us, especially if you are working a full-time job or something too.

As you remember, when I was working, I have to talk to prospects. I would start working and there is a message that came up and then I have to answer it. Sometimes I might not even know who that person is. With LeadMagicX, now I can organize and manage people better.

There are some other ways that you can use a customer funnel as Ben was talking about. Some ideas that you can use LeadMagicX for is when they become a new customer, you can add them to your customer funnel. You could customize all of this inside of LeadMagicX as you go. When I first got my hands on it, I created all these different things and then I was like, "I can simplify this down." You can change it. You can test and see what works for you. In a customer funnel, you would tag somebody as a customer. Maybe they are a preferred customer. Maybe they get products from you every month. Maybe they are a VIP customer. Maybe you have a launch coming up. You can go right into your customer funnel and message all those people at once, which Ben is going to share with you here.

One of the things for me about having a large team is that sometimes people fall off the wagon or something happens and they disappear for a minute. I do not necessarily want to ignore those people. I want to check in with them. My thing is it does not matter whether they are top earners or brand new inside of my team. I want them to know that I care about them and they are not just a number. When they fall off or maybe I have not heard from them in a while, I could build in my team funnel “quiet.” It would be one of them. I could tag all the people that are in my team in that quiet stage. I could send them a message that says, “I just wanted to check in on you. I am thinking about you today. How might I help you build your business?”

You are building that relationship with people. Let’s be honest, almost all business is based on relationships of some sort. It saves so much time. In my mind, I can group people in boxes and it is all put away nice and neat. I know exactly who is who, where everybody goes, and where we are at, so I am not feeling like a crazy person all the time. Also, in a company. There are some things that people have like virtual assistants, graphic designers, funnel builders, and all those things. You can also create a funnel and stage for each person so that you could keep track of all those people and message them in Messenger.

Ben and a lot of our teammates that we work with, some people use Slack and some people use other things. We use Facebook all the time for what we are doing. The hard thing for me is using a different platform to message the team or message something else. You feel like you are all over the place. This brings it all to one place. It is very organized. I can go right into my company funnel. I can talk with my virtual assistants, my graphic designers, and my funnel builders. The team funnel and my prospecting funnel has been my favorite one so far though.

Besides the prospecting funnel, we can create any number of funnels that you want. What Brandy was talking about is the team funnel and also the customer funnel. Let’s say they join your team and you are in that marketing. This is going to be important for you because now you can group people into either new members or your first rank or second rank. Maybe you have an announcement to any people in these stages, then you can not just communicate them differently, but also send bulk messages later on to all of them at the same time. We do not need to type in the same message over and over again. LeadMagicX is going to send the message to everyone in that stage for you automatically.

A lot of people are probably thinking, “You could do a group message and put your entire team in there.” That is also something that you definitely want to do. However, think about a group message. I am totally guilty of this. Ben, I do not know if you are as well, but when a group message is happening, I can either choose to engage or not engage and the group still happens. Sometimes if I am busy or doing whatever, I will miss stuff that is happening in the group. It is a disconnect.

Think about your team members if you grouped them all into a group message. Everything you did was all in that group message. They might feel like it is not as close a relationship as they wanted with you. This is going to solve that problem because I have this problem in my own team. People are like, "The team is so big now. I feel like I am bugging you." It means I am not helping to build that relationship better. I needed some way to do that. Ben is going to show you how with both messages. It is going to be cool.

It is definitely a lot more personal if you send out a personal message instead of a group message, which is powerful. Getting back to the customer funnel, these are the stages that you can create. Let’s say they are new customers. You might want to send some product information to all these customers at the same time when they first bought a certain product. You can do that. As they buy more products from you, you can periodically follow up with your preferred customer or even VIP when they buy a lot. This way, you know right with the stage name where this customer is in the funnel. If they require more attention because they are a VIP customer, you know right away because they are in the VIP customer stage.

Almost all business is based on relationships of some sort.

With the bulk message, when you go into any funnel and let’s say you want to send messages to new members, you can select all of them or you can select 1 or 2 of them. It doesn’t matter. You can click on the bulk message, and you can send different predefined templates to these people. The reason why we have predefined templates is because with Facebook, you do not want to send the same message over and over again to hundreds of people.

This allows you to predefine different variations of the same message and send them to all your contacts. Let’s say you have 50 contacts here and then you might have three templates that you rotate as you send out to everyone. Let’s select all of them. I can select a time gap. This allows you to specify how far it is between each message so that you are not spamming on Facebook. If you send out hundreds of messages within seconds, you are spammy.

You will wind up in Facebook jail.

No human being can send hundreds of messages in seconds. This way, it gives you a safe way to send automated messages on social media without violating any rules and without getting into Facebook jail. This is one of our biggest features, which is the bulk message. You can send messages to tons of contacts at the same time using our templates. With funnels, you can also create different funnels for your company. Let’s say you have different people working for your company like virtual assistants and graphic designers. You can also create a new funnel where I click on a button and then type "my company" and then hit create. You have a new funnel and then you go in there, create stages, and add people to it.

Everything is managed here. It gives you a very visual way to see where all your people are instead of just going to Messenger. They are just names on the left-hand side. You have no idea who these people are. That is one of the pains for a lot of people. They come into Messenger and they are lost because they talked to hundreds of people. When people would reply, they do not know who that is. With LeadMagicX, it is now all different because you have group people specifically using funnel and stage. When you engage with them, you know where exactly they are.

Let’s move to the next thing that we wanted to share. You can do notes. Maybe it is just me. Maybe I am the only crazy one out there. Sometimes I cannot remember where people are from or what time zone they are in or something about them. You are trying to build a relationship but you are like, “Crap, what did she tell me about something?" You have to scroll up and scroll through the whole conversation. If it is a voice message, then you are in for a time-waster because you have to listen to the entire conversation before you even know what you are supposed to message back.

Convert Messenger Prospects: Facebook can ban you for spamming. You don't want to send the same message over and over again to hundreds of people. LeadMagicX offers different variations of the same message.

One of the features that I loved was that we can add where they came from, whether it is a group or ads. Maybe somebody commented on your story or whatever, you can also put in there how you met them so that you know, “They came from this story. They were interested in this product,” or maybe they were interested in this coaching or this workshop you were doing.

You can also add in any basic information like a birthday or anything like that. You have all this at your fingertips instead of having to go into their profile. That was one of the things. You get on your little device and you are like, “I am ready to do my birthday messages for the day,” because that is a great way to build relationships. You got to go into each person’s profile. It takes forever. It keeps everything top of mind for you. Ben, can you show them how to use that feature?

For every contact that you have added to LeadMagicX, you can add additional notes to that person. Let's say I am talking to this person. I realized that their birthday is on March 16. I can put in, “Her birthday is this,” and then I can also make a note of where they came from. Maybe the source is a Facebook group. I know that I came across this person in a Facebook group. In the future, I would not be confused with some of the people that I might have met personally. With this person, I know right away that it is coming from a Facebook group. I can pick up the conversation faster. Usually, you have to scroll all the way up and see. That is what I did. I talked to this person a year ago and I have no idea who this person is.

I already had a series of conversations with this person before. I keep scrolling up like, "Who is this person?" If you make a note here, then you can bring this up later on. You have to click on the stage name. You hit “Add the note” or you can go to LeadMagicX and click on “Prospecting.” The person was in the test group. The note says, “Edit here.” You scroll through the funnel and see, “This person is having a birthday on this day. Let me message that person.” That is how you can be on top of mind where they are coming from and what your next conversation should be.

It is saving a ton of time. At least, it has for me anyway. The next strategy we wanted to share was the message templates for prospects and teams in different stages. Can you show them how that works? I know you showed it a little bit, but maybe share how to make a template. When you are adding people's friends or they are adding you as friends, the common thing to do or the more human thing to do would be to send a message. I do not accept any friend requests unless you sent me a message. You are going like, “I noticed you in this group. I thought it would be cool to connect.” If you are just friending people and not saying anything, it is like walking past Ben and slapping him up the side of the face and saying, "Let's be friends," but do not say anything to him. He is like, "What is going on?"

The more human behavior and a better strategy for you to get more prospects and customers, the way that it works for us anyway, is to send them a message. On Facebook and social media, because this will not just be for Facebook eventually, you cannot send the same message over and over again. Facebook has bots and social media has bots. It is going to pick up on that. It is going to be like, “This person is spamming people.” Copy-paste, you can get in Facebook jail for that. Having some templates where you say the same thing, but it is different wording is more Facebook compliant. That is what we are looking for. It is to stay compliant and keep you out of hot water with social media. Ben, can you share with them how they can create those templates?

You can get kicked off social media by sending a hundred copy-and-paste messages to people. 

To add to that, without LeadMagicX, the strategy is having a couple of templates. If you are copying and pasting, then you have to create a document for all your conversations. It takes a lot of time to copy and paste unless you are on a different computer or you hire somebody, and then they do not know the template. You have to pass on that knowledge or you have to teach a team to do it. With LeadMagicX, it is all different because everything is saved inside LeadMagicX. You can pass on those templates easily and we use them. You can do it and you might have been doing it using your own notes or Google Docs to keep track of all these conversations. Imagine saving tons of time with the software.

If you go to message templates, we have created three. These are for prospecting. This is similar. One accepted my friend request. The assumption is if you are reaching out to people, you want to make them a friend first before sending out a cold message. If you send them a message without being a friend, then your message might end up in the other inbox that people cannot see. They have to click on a certain button to see it.

Usually, you would friend someone and then when they friend you back or accept a friend request, then you will send this message. That is why this one makes sense. The second one is a small variation to that, "Thanks for the connection. I am looking forward to connecting." You want to end with a question because you want the engagement. You want to continue to talk to that person, so you end with, "What do you do?" The third variation is the same thing. With all these templates, you can create a lot more. I have more variations for the same prospecting message, but the idea is you have saved all these proven templates that would work. Now it is just about using them.

It is not about figuring out what works, but now you have this template. You can reuse them over and over again. This is not just for prospecting. Imagine you have new customers. For new customers or even new teammates, you will probably send them a getting started guide or some information about how to use the product properly. You can save it in the template here. Let’s say that’s Product Info 1, then you can start with whatever you usually tell them about the product. Also, you can personalize it with their first name. If you press the @ sign, you can reference their first name, and then you can continue to type.

I love this because think let's say, you do a curiosity post about some product or some workshop you are doing. There is information that you need to be sending to all those people, but it takes forever. One-on-one, you got to go find the link to send them or find the tool to send to the person. This simplifies it. You could send it to every person that is in that product info stage all at once. The extension does the work. It is going to send it every few minutes, but it is done for you all at once. You then go about your business. It saves so much time.

It is very personalized because you are referencing their first name, but then you’re still sending them the info. Once you hit create, then you can use it. When you are in funnels, then you can send these to your contacts. As you build out your library of templates, then your life is so much easier. Now you are looking at how to get people into a funnel. I always tell my friends that I never do stuff twice. If I find myself repeating the same work, which you probably are, you are sending copy and paste messages. It is fine because that is where I started as well. There are tons of great strategies to do it, but then as you start doing it, you might want to hire somebody. What is better than having total control and using LeadMagicX to automate everything that you are doing.

Convert Messenger Prospects: The whole thing about generating leads is to make money, and money is in the follow-up. LeadMagicX is a way to keep track of everybody and follow up.

Another thing too, it will shut down after so many messages per day to keep you compliant. You know how sometimes you are like, “Go, go, go," and you are like, "Crap, I just sent 100 copy and paste messages." You can get in Facebook jail or kicked off social media for doing that. One of the things is we wanted to make sure that it was compliant with human behavior.

If you guys go to settings, there is a daily message limit. It is simple. If it is twenty, meaning on a single day, you can only send out twenty messages. This number is low because we set it to a low number so that nobody can do anything wrong at the beginning, but you can come in here and change it to 100 as you know what you are doing. If you are sending messages to friends or people that you have a constant conversation with, then it is okay to send more every single day. If you are using this to send to people that are not your friends, they are cold. You do not know them. You are sending hundreds of automated messages every single day, you will not last a couple of days.

Facebook is going to see that you are spamming people that you do not know, do not have a connection with, and then you are going to get into trouble. This one is huge because we try to protect you as much as possible as you are learning this platform. As you know it better, then you can increase this limit. With 100, you can decide whether you can increase more or not. This is a good place to start with, 20 and then you can try 50, and then eventually, you can do 100 messages every single day.

It is just looking for your behavior. If you have never sent any messages, and then one day you send a 100, it is going to be like, “Something is up.” They will flag your account, so you want to make sure to stay compliant.
